  I have been to various Paint-A-Pots with my children over the years and hope to continue. This was the worst. It was very quiet in comparison to others even though it was school holiday time. I did not expect to receive no advice or help when choosing the pots and no refreshments were offered during our stay. No one was rude, but the atmosphere was awful and the staff showed no involvement or enthusiasm in my children. The paint brushes were malting and I was told it didnt matter. You had to get up to get some of the paints, we were told not to use too much (as an adult I am fully aware of that and as a parent would monitor that with my children), and they didnt offer the sparkle paints that other Paint-A-Pots do. On collection the staff member was sat on the floor in the far room and although pleasant, didnt get up to greet us at first. This was very rude and unprofessional in my eyes. When asked if they offered parties to come out to your house, (I am local), they said no. What a missed opportunity as I was looking for 30 kids to attend. Would I attend again? No, Would I recommend? No. Cheltenham every time I am afraid. Perhaps staff should visit Cheltenham and experience the buzzing atmosphere. Sorry Nailsworth. Always want to support local businesses but you need to upt your anti I am afraid.

A cosy and friendly little ceramic painting shop/ceramic cafe, full of childrens activities, in the town of Nailsworth. We are conveniently located for the Stroud, Cirencester, Tetbury and Dursley areas. So come and park in one of Nailsworths many free car parks, situated all over town. Then spend the day out with the whole family doing some relaxing activities (and some say therapeutic).
